The Government dismissed the director general of the Forestry Agency “Moldsilva” Gheorghe Vdovyi on April 20, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The reasons for the dismissal were not made public. In a previous meeting of the Government, Prime Minister Vlad Filat demanded annulling an order by “Moldsilva” Agency to transfer a part of forest from the Hancesti forestry administration to the Nisporeni forestry administration.
Gheorghe Vdovyi was replaced by Ion Lupu, who was discharged from the post of director of Moldova’s Water Agency the same day.
