The Government endorsed the list of 13 state-owned companies that will be privatized by investment contest based on individual projects, IPN reports.
The list includes SA Moldtelecom, the complexes Barza Alba, Aroma, and CTC Tutun, four thermoelectric companies, the Chisinau Glass Factory, SA Glass Container Company, the Circus and Air Moldova. The companies will be privatized in eight lots.
The deadline by which consultancy services will be contracted was set on February 1, 2014, not February 19 as proposed initially.
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca asked that all the privatization stages should be held in conditions of maximum transparency.
