Everyone can become Santa and fulfill a child’s dream

Every person can become Santa Claus for several moments and fulfill the dream of a child. Santa Claus’ Academy launched a new campaign called the Virtual Fir of Wishes. Santa Claus’ Academy head Veronica Solomitski has told Info-Prim Neo that this year, when the project celebrates ten years of activity, there was launched the website www.moscraciun.md, where the is the virtual fir of children’s wishes. Anyone can choose a letter and make a dream come true. Veronica Solomitski said Santa Claus’s Mail is a similar campaign within which every child in Moldova can write letters to Santa, to the address “For Santa Claus”, without postage stamps. Santa Claus’s Academy receives thousands of letters yearly, including from children from boarding schools and socially disfavored families. This year, there were gathered about 500 letters. Santa Claus’ Mail will work at the Palace of the Republic on December 17. The event will involve special invitees with their children and grandchildren, including politicians, sport and television stars, coaches and representatives of foreign missions. Anyone can bring toys for the Christmas tree. All the toys will be sent to children from boarding schools and socially underprivileged families. According to the organizers, Santa Claus’ Academy receives annually at least 6 000 letters. Santa Claus’ Academy is a project implemented by the Charity Foundation “Clipa Siderala”.
