President Nicolae Timofti on March 11 will confer the Order of Honor on the director general of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Home Affairs Stefano Manservisi, IPN reports.
The order will be given in gratitude for his contribution to promoting the European integration of Moldova in the European institutions.
The Order of Honor is awarded for substantial contribution to strengthening the statehood and promoting reforms and democratic transformations and for special merits in developing relations of friendship and cooperation between Moldova and other states.
