The Transatlantic Foundation, in cooperation with the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation, is launching a dedicated call for proposals for influencers, active citizens and small initiatives aimed at piloting new communication and outreach messaging for raising public awareness and understanding of the benefits of Moldova’s EU integration, IPN reports.

The selected projects will receive funding for campaigns and outreach activities. They must highlight the benefits of joining the European Union and encourage open debates about the process. The organizers encourage innovative ideas, including multilingual formats, that help citizens better understand the opportunities offered by the European Union.

The Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation will award 10 grants over the course of the next five months, of maximum €2,510 each. The grants are intended to support expenses incurred by citizens, groups and organizations for active participation in activities and events directly tied to the objectives of this call. The activities can be implemented both online and offline.

To apply, those interested must fill out an ONLINE form HERE and attach an updated CV. Applications must be submitted at least three weeks before the start of activities. The deadline for application is May 31, 2025.

More information about the eligibility criteria, the selection process and the application procedure can be obtained by contacting the Black Sea Trust team at the email addresses specified HERE. This is an important step towards increasing public  resilience to disinformation and promoting EU integration.

Grant recipients will be required to submit a REPORT, which will reflect the results achieved with the grant and costs associated with the implementation.
