President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy will pay a visit to Moldova on May 13. He will be met at the Chisinau International Airport with military honors. His schedule includes meetings with Moldova leaders, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué of the Government, the same day, May 13, Herman Van Rompuy and Prime Minister Iurie Leanca will give a joint news conference at the State Residence.
The President of the European Council will also deliver a discourse at the Palace of the Republic, before 400 people, including government officials, politicians, ambassadors, historians, independent experts, and people of culture.
