„Euro TV Chisinau” Changing Broadcasting Program

The municipal public „Euro TV Chisinau” station makes changes in its broadcasting program. The creation team is to produce new broadcasts on different topics – social, economic, political and entertainment. „Euro TV Chisinau” manager Arcadie Gherasim announced at the meeting of the Coordinating Council of Audio-Visual (CCA) that very soon new broadcasts would be introduced. Several new shows started to be broadcasted recently already gained the public’s appreciation, Gherasim noted. At the same time, he mentioned, in order to make the program more dynamic, the length of certain broadcasts was reduced in favor of the new ones. Gherasim emphasized that 90% of the shows at „Euro TV Chisinau” is of own production. CCA members approved the changes proposed by the manager of „Euro TV Chisinau”. Gherasim also announced the members of the Council that he has dealt in few cases with the situation when TV cable operators conclude contracts for including this station in their package, and then cancelled on him. CCA chairman Ion Mihailo required the administrator to present him the list of these operators. CCA issued at its meeting the broadcast license to 4 cable studios and for the TV cable operator „Intermedia” for its own broadcast „Show TV”.
