Environment experts from Moldova to attend international Eco Life – Eco Zone Fair in Cluj

On September 13-16, the 9th edition of the Eco-Life – Eco-Zone Fair will take place in Cluj, an international fair specialized in ecology and environment protection. The exhibition event Eco-Life –Eco-Zone, which is organized within the Transilvania exhibition complex, will have two distinct components and namely an exhibition show where modern environment protection materials, technologies and equipment will be presented. The second component is the scientific reports session entitled “education and research in the area of environment protection”, organized by three prestigious universities from Cluj: Babes-Bolyai University, Technical University and Agricultural Science and Veterinary Medicine University. Environmental experts from Romania, Belgium, Hungary, the Republic of Moldova, Germany and Spain will present reports on environment protection. According to the organizers, this exhibition event aims at creating a strong information center in Cluj in the ecological field in the center and north-west of Romania. 48 specialized companies from Romania, as well as from Hungary, Austria, Germany, Cyprus, Italy, and France will participate in the present edition of the festival. Over the past years 15 000 persons visited the Fair and at least 120 companies participated in it. The importance of Eco-Life – Eco-Zone Fair is also stimulated by the close adhering of Romania to the European Union, which requires applying high standards in the area of environment protection. Romania will benefit from important European and governmental funds for this field.
