The entrepreneur’s governmental portal presented today is designed, as the citizen’s portal, to bring comprehensive information about an economic agent closer to this, offering also related actions and data presented in blocks and enabling business entities to react to these. The presentation was made by Iurie Ţurcan, director of the e-Government Agency, in the launch, IPN reports.
Iurie Ţurcan said that new blocks of data will be added the next few weeks after collecting information from citizens, who are invited to take part in public consultations. “We intend to add fiscal information and to make a connection with the Taxpayer’s Cabinet of the Tax Service so that general information about particular tax debts, tax overpayments or delays could be seen on this portal of the entrepreneur, while details will be available in the Taxpayer’s Cabinet,” stated Iurie Ţurcan, noting they also aim to make possible the downloading of information from the portal, signed electronically, with legal power.
Ion Lupan, head of the secretariat of the Prime Minister’s Economic Council, said that the portal was designed to ensure online access to official information possessed by the authorities about companies. The results of the questionnaire conducted among members of the Economic Council, about the prioritization of subjects regarding the digitization of the government-business relations, showed that the creation of such a platform was a priority. “The implementation of this solution, the portal, should enable the entrepreneurs in the future to generate broad information about the own company by a simple click. Permissive documents, results of state inspections, fiscal and financial information that the entrepreneurs should offer to their business partners or other organizations that do not have access to these data,” explained Ion Lupan.
The structure of the portal is not ye definitive. In the future, it is planed that the platform will contain general data about the entrepreneur, possessed permissive documents, relations with the fiscal bodies, owned real estate, the entrepreneur’s guarantees, statistics, etc. The portal is to be turned into an efficient mechanism for ensuring official contacts between registered economic agents and the public authorities. Ion Lupan said the portal is now designed for entrepreneurs only, but in the future could also serve as a source of information about entrepreneurs.
