The end-users in the municipality of Chisinau who have debts for heat and hot water may be sued, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the heat supplier SA Termocom.
Last week, the consumers with debts were issued with notices to pay debts of over 2.5 million lei. More than 280 cases over debts of 1.5 million lei were prepared to be sent to court, while another about 170 cases were already sent to court.
As many as 73 court decisions concerning debts of over 630,000 lei were passed during March 11-17.
The heat supplier calls on the end-users to pay off the debts as soon as possible or to agree debt rescheduling timetables so as to pay in installments.
