A 26-year-old employee of the public utility SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” was injured mortally on the territory of the Police Academy located at 7 Sf. Vineri St while performing works to repair the water pipe of the Academy’s dorm, based on bilateral relations with the dwellers. He was off duty at that time, IPN reports, quoting a communique of the company.
The works were initiated by dwellers of the block without the authorization of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” and were carried out with serious violations of the current technical norms.
The man had worked at the central dispatcher’s service of “Apa-Canal Chisinau” as a plumber since 2008. He was married and had two minor children.
The administration and staff of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” offer their condolences in connection with the premature death of the man.
