The summer concert of the Embassy of Germany in Moldova entitled “Music does not know borders. Franz Schottky on visit to friends” will be given at the Green Theater in Chisinau on June 30, starting at 7:30pm. In a press release, the Embassy said the tenth anniversary of the Eastern Partnership will be celebrated within the Weimar Triangle together with France and Poland, IPN reports.
This year’s concert is organized in cooperation with the National Symphonic Orchestra of “Teleradio Moldova” Company. Chief conductor from Munich Franz Schottky and Moldovan soloist Mariana Bulicanu will be the guests of honor. There will be presented works by Richard Strauss, Ludwig van Beethoven, Giacomo Puccini and many other composers.
Germany’s Ambassador Angela Ganninger will open the concert. All he residents and guests of the capital city are invited to the concert. Entrance is free of charge.
