The electronic system for collecting data about the turnout of voters was fixed and put into operation, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Central Election Commission secretary Iurie Ciocan voiced hope there will be no other incidents until the end of the day. The information from electoral districts continues to be gathered on paper. Only these data have legal power.
When the electronic data collection system failed, the CEC presumed it might be a cyber attack and informed the Center for Special Telecommunications about it.
