Electronic cadastral services will be now available also in Căinari town and in the districts of Căușeni, Hâncești, Ialoveni, Leova, Dubăsari, Strășeni, Nisporeni, Orhei, and Călărași, IPN reports.
The Public Services Agency said that both private individuals and legal entities as from March 30 will be able to apply online and obtain different electronic cadastral documents for real estate through the citizen’s and entrepreneur’s government portal mcabinet.gov.md.
The online order can be placed through the new electronic services development platform that was designed together with the e-Government Agency, on the public services portal www.servicii.gov.md. The services are provided for money and are paid through the government e-payment gateway MPay, using any type of payment – bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, cash and digital currency. The applicant needs to possess a digital signature.
If the applicant needs a paper document, this can go in person to collect it from the multifunctional center picked when placing the order online or can ask for home delivery through the government delivery service MDelivery, which is integrated with the electronic services development platform.
The project to launch the provision of cadastral services through the electronic services development platform is implemented in stages. Such services are now available in the municipalities of Chisinau and Bălți, ATU Gagauzia, Căinari town and in the districts of Ungheni, Anenii Noi, Criuleni, Căușeni, Hâncești, Ialoveni, Leova, Dubăsari, Strășeni, Nisporeni, Orhei, and Călărași.
Over the next two months, the electronic cadastral services for real estate through the new platform will have a coverage of 100%.
