Some of the end-users can receive the electricity bills with a higher volume of consumed power indicated. In a communique, I.C.S. Gas Natural Fenosa Furnizare Energie says this will happen owing to the extension of the period covered by the bills given that a number of days in January were declared nonworking days.
“We inform you that in connection with the winter holidays, the timetable for reading the electricity meters was modified. As a result, the period covered by the bills was extended and the consumed volume indicated in the bills may be higher. These bills are not incorrect. To make sure, compare the volume measured by the meter and the volume indicated in the bill,” reads the communique.
The end-users that have questions concerning the invoiced volume of electricity can call on 022-43-11-11. In February, the electricity meters reading timetable will be restored.
