Electoral competitors can lodge documents with CEC starting Thursday

{Replaces par.4} The electoral competitors for the 5 April elections will be able to submit their documents to the Central Election Commission (CEC) starting February 5, 10.00 o'clock. The announcement was made Wednesday morning, February 4, by CEC chairman Eugen Stirbu, Info-Prim Neo reports. The documents shall be submitted to the address Chisinau, Vasile Alecsandri str., no. 119, office 307, on workdays from 9.00 to 16.00. The place of the candidates on ballots will be established at the end of each day by casting lots, in case more parties and independent candidates submit the documents. The procedure will be watched by a commission comprising all the CEC members . Iurie Ciocan (chairman), Mariana Musteata şi Corina Borzin, CEC members, have been designated as the commission receiving the documents. The race can be joined by independent candidates and 28 political parties. They are to submit their documents till March 5.
