The local public administration will have to allot at least 1 square meter of space on boards to the participants in the campaign for the constitutional referendum, in compliance with the regulations approved by the Central Election Commission, Info-Prim Neo reports The election posters will be put both in public and private paces, including private units of transport. The local public administration will not have to clean the bulletin boards before the referendum day. Those who will post election adverts in unauthorized places will be penalized in accordance with the Administrative Code and will be obliged to cover the costs of removing them. The constitutional referendum on modifying the method of electing the head of state will take place on September 5.
