The Ministry of Education specifies that the papers of the students caught copying in the Baccalaureate exams will be invalidated. The 30 students will be able to take again the given exams only during the main examination session of 2013. The three papers that were photographed and published on social networking sites have been already annulled. Their authors will be allowed to sit the exam only next year. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, Minister of Education Mihail Shleahtitski said that there are no proofs showing that the mobile phones seized by anti-corruption offices during searches of Baccalaureate centers had been used by students. In some of the examination halls, mobile phones were found in sideboards and other places, not on the candidates. Thus, the papers of these students will not be nullified. The Ministry repeatedly warned about the inadmissibility of using mobile phones during exams. The other Baccalaureate exams will be supervised more strictly and if the situation repeats there will be annulled the exams and the papers. The papers that will contain answers identical to those spread through the Internet on the exam day will be excluded.
