The Ministry of Education describes the unilateral actions of the Transnistrian security forces as inacceptable and that lead to the worsening of the situation of the Moldovan-administered Latin-script schools, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Ministry of Education, the representatives of Tiraspol intentionally hinder the access to education and worsen the conditions of study in the Moldovan-administered Latin-scrip schools working in the Transnistrian region. The Ministry reiterates the position that all the discussions on the work of these institutions should be held within the working group on education.
The Ministry of Education considers that the unilateral actions cannot be justified and calls on all the international dialogue partners to become involved in order to stop Transnistrian forces’ actions that endanger the safety and future of the children.
