A new bill concerning social dwellings was drafted as a legislative intuitive and will be submitted to the Government and Parliament for consideration, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Andrian Candu said in a meeting with employees of a company, IPN reports.
Under the bill, bank loans will be released at interest rate of only 1.5% a year. The World Bank will allocate 4 billion lei to the national banks so that all those who will apply to the First House project can benefit from convenient loans.
Andrian Candu said they will also propose changes in the mandatory health insurance system so as to institute the nominal health policy. A part of the money paid by the holder of health policy annually will be accumulated and will be then used to purchase expensive medicines or to perform costly operations that necessitate long treatment.
