The 2022 Economic Forum of the municipality of Chisinau “Invest in Chisinau” that will be held during September 30 - October 1 will involve over 500 invitees – business people, economic experts, investors and foreign donors, representatives of the academia and the NGO sector and official delegations of sister and partner cities of Chisinau, IPN reports.
“The event is designed to establish a connecting bridge with potential investors and to stimulate the implementation of investment projects that would offer benefits to the business community and would support the building of a modern city with developed infrastructure and high-quality services, creating his way better living conditions for the residents of the city,” said the Chisinau City Hall, which is the organizer of the event.
The meeting will center on different subjects related to the attraction of investments to the municipality of Chisinau, such as the challenges and investment opportunities in Chisinau, urban development in the entrepreneurs’ view, Chisinau – Green City, Smart City, urban tourism and mobility, sustainable development of the municipality, etc.
In the forum, there will be presented the strategy for developing the municipality of Chisinau for 2020-2030, the investment map of Chisinau, which includes over 60 real estate, socio-educational and recreational facilities that are attractive for investments in the field and facilities for public-private partnerships, concerning the modernization of the public lighting system, implementation of e-ticketing and e-parking, optimization of traffic by introducing alternative transport, solid waste management and others.
The event will take place at the Palace of the Republic starting at 10am.
