The cooperation, including economic one, which brings definite and direct benefits to the citizens, is a priority of the dialogue with the Netherlands, said Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, who had a meeting with the Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Liesje Schreinemacher, IPN reports.

Nicu Popescu welcomed Liesje Schreinemacher at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. In the meeting, the official conferred on the regional developments and security risks in the context of the war in Ukraine and the socioeconomic impact on the two countries.

The interpolators discussed in detail the management of the humanitarian crisis and the way in which the Netherlands can help the Republic of Moldova buildn its resilience.
