Ecology Minister dismissed

Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin has signed a decree on the dismissal of Constantin Mihailescu from the position of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources, Info-Prim Neo reports quoting a communique issued by the presidential press service.
According to the release, Constantin Mihailescu has been fired for not exercising his functions in accordance with the law, manifested through power abuse.
Another presidential decree appoints Violeta Ivanov as Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources.
