Easter celebrated in penitentiaries

Artistic activities and festivities are organized in all the penitentiaries from Moldova, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Penitentiary Institutions Department.
The churches in jails stage holy services for inmates. Representatives of religious organizations are allowed to visit the prisons to preach and offer gifts and food.
The inmates will be offered ‘improved meals’ these days.
The penitentiary guards employ special security measures during the Easter holidays.
