Dumitru Diacov voted for a little hope that something good will happen in Chisinau

Leader of the Democrat Party Dumitru Diaco, has voted on Sunday, June 17, for “a little hope that something good will happen in the Chisinau City”. Diacov told Info-Prim Neo that the future city leadership will not be able to focus all their efforts on solving out the city’s problems. According to him, there is no majority in the Chisinau Municipal Council and one can hardly imagine how this body will turn into a functional one. For all that, the Democrat Party leader says that there is a hope for compromise. A second round voting for mayor’s election is taking place on Sunday in the Capital City, as well as in other 470 localities in Moldova. The polling stations will stay open until 9:00pm.
