he president of honor of the Democratic Party Dumitru Diacov said the spring-summer session of Parliament was a difficult one, with different events of which not everyone approved. He noted in Parliament that it is hard to sum up things when there are so many problems in the country, IPN reports.

Dumitru Diacov noted that society is very divided also because the political parties cannot come to terms so as to work efficiently. It’s not the case to call the people to protests. The opposition should also formulate proposals and work to identify solutions as a change of positions between the government and the opposition can take place in the near future.

The lawmaker called on his colleagues from Parliament to show that they are able to appropriately complete their duties. The need to undertake the commitment to ensure the country’s prosperity by uniting forces, regardless of the political orientation of the parties, is the main lesson of this session.

The July 31 sitting of Parliament is the last one of the current session. The MPs will return from vacation in September.
