Dudoglo ranks sixth, Grabucea -seventh at European Weightlifting Championship

The Moldovan athletes entered the European Weightlifting Championship held in the Belorussian capital of Minsk on April 5. Iurie Dudoglo ranked sixth in the 56kg class, while Igor Grabucea – seventh in the same class. In the snatch and the clean and jerk, Dudoglo lifted 249 kg, while Grabucea – 245 kg. Oleg Sarghi (62kg class) enters the competition on April 6. Alexandru Spac (69kg), Andrei Barca (77kg), Dumitru Tabara (85kg), Eugen Bratan (94kg) and Anatol Caracu (94kg) will compete the next days. The 89th European Weightlifting Championship ends on April 11, Info-Prim Neo reports.
