Drunken man falls from fourth floor without understanding what happened

A heavily inebriated man was lucky to get only two broken ribs when he fell from the fourth floor of a Chisinau apartment building. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Evelina Rusu has told Info-Prim Ne that the 31-year-old man tried to pass from one apartment to another through the balcony. He slipped and fell down on snow. He got up without understanding what happened and why he had pains in the spine. A 54-yea-old man was found hanged in his house. According to preliminary investigations, the man committed suicide. A man in his 40s was discovered in an alcoholic coma on Dacia Blvd. A number of homeless men aged between 30 and 50 were taken to the hospital from the street. On December 28, the Chisinau ambulance teams had dealt with 673 emergencies, including 70 cases of acute viral infection, 74 cases of trauma, and five strokes.
