The driver of the minibus running on route No. 110, which overturned on the morning of May 29 in Chisinau, avoided taking the narcological test before starting work on the route. The information was provided in a meeting involving minibus route administrators, Info-Prim Neo reports. Officials of the Transport Division established that by 10.00 this morning, the drivers of 22 minibuses of the 45 running on this route hadn’t taken the obligatory test before starting work. The administrator of route No. 110 Mihai Reus explained that these minibuses and the drivers haven’t been examined because immediately after the accident he asked the company’s technician, doctor and jurist to go to the scene. Mihai Reus said the driver involved in the accident is a disciplined man. He is 29, is married and has a four-month-old child. Sixteen persons, including the driver, were admitted to the hospital with injuries that they received in this morning’s accident. When the meeting was held, the driver was in a critical condition and was being operated.
