On Friday a milk tank truck rolled over several times before colliding with incoming traffic, hitting a car head-on. The truck driver, a man of about 40 years, lost his life. The accident occurred near Fundul Galbenei village, Hâncești.
Mariana Beţivu, press officer of the General Police Inspectorate, told IPN that it has been preliminary established that the truck driver lost control over the vehicle due to a technical malfunction.
A 38-year-old woman was driving the car hit in the front. The woman, as well as two passengers, the 17-year-old son and the 68-year-old father, were transported with mild injuries to Hâncești district hospital.
