Double absence for Zimbru ahead of Tiligul clash

Zimbru Chisinau’s midfielder Alexandru Antoniuc will sit out the National Division round 12 away match against Tiligul Tiraspol on Saturday. According to Zimbru’s spokesperson Victor Panus, the absence is due to a recently suffered injury, and doctors are unsure how long it will take to treat. Central midfielder Radu Catana was also declared unfit for some period ahead after a brain concussion sustained in the friendly with Romania’s Politehnica Iasi. According to Zimbru, Catana will be back not earlier than next week and will prepare apart from the squad. Zimbru Chisinau is to play Tiligul Tiraspol on Saturday, starting at 16:00, on the municipal stadium in Ternovka.
