Dormitory custodian sentenced to 13 year for deceit

The custodian of a dormitory from Chisinau, accused of deceit, has been sentenced to 13 years of jail. The writ was uttered by the Botanica sector court, Info-Prim Neo reports. The man who is the custodian of the dormitory of the Fine Arts College is accused os fraudulently selling rooms, deceiving customers they were privatized. The custodian thus managed to deceive four “clients” who paid him some 93,000 lei for the rooms they thought to have privatized, reads a communique by the General Prosecutor. The sentence can be appealed at a higher court.
