The administration of the Public Procurement Agency will be dismissed. Such a request was made by Prime Minister Dorin Recean to the Ministry of Finance. He argued that the government procurement process is inefficient, IPN reports.
“I request to dismiss the director of the Public Procurement Agency as the government acquisitions are currently neither efficient nor integral. The online platform has functional faults and doesn’t ensure sufficient transparency. So, the head and all the other managers should be today dismissed,” said Premier Recean.
