Knowledge of school subjects and foreign languages is a chance for a better life. Only through generations of educated, principled and correct people can we overcome injustice and difficulties and can build our European future, Mayor of Chisinau municipality Dorin Chirtoaca says in his message addressed to students, teachers and parents on the occasion of the start of the new school year, IPN reports.
The mayor called upon the students to believe in their power and in the fact that they can do much more than they are asked to do. He wished the parents for their love and good wishes for their children to be rewarded by very good results and healthy development.
The mayor also told the teachers that the future of the young generation is in their hands. “We know that you want to transmit the best knowledge to the children and we thank you for this. We wish you patience and good mood,” he stated.
Dorin Chirtoaca wished everyone a good start in the world of knowledge, outstanding achievements, audacious aspirations and courage to meet all the challenges with dignity.
