Mayor General of Chisinau municipality Dorin Chirtoaca has been indicted. The prosecutors will demand that this should be remanded in custody, IPN reports.
Dorin Chirtoaca was arrested by anticorruption prosecutors and officers on suspicion of influence peddling in the case of pay parking lots in the evening of May 25. The mayor will be held at the Center’s remand prison for 72 hours initially.
