Dorin Chirtoaca attending International Conference of Mayors

Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca will be taking part in the 28th International Conference of Mayors that is held in Israel during May 6 – 10, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Chisinau City Hall. The program of the conference includes discussions, meetings with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and mayors of the three large Israeli cities - Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Haifa, and excursions and visits to historical places in Israel. The conference centers on the challenges faced by mayors. Emphasis is put on internal security and related aspects. The International Conference of Mayors is a forum organized with the support of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Union of Local Authorities and the American Council for World Jewry.
