Donduseni is the constituency with the highest voter turnout at national level. There, by 07:00 p.m., the voter turnout was over 50%. Cantemir is the constituency with the lowest voter turnout, of slightly over 37%, IPN reports.

In the municipality of Chisinau, more than 53% of the citizens eligible to vote cast their ballots by 07:00 p.m. In Balti, the voter turnout was about 50%, in ATU Gagauzia – over 49%. More than 24,200 people voted at the polling stations intended for voters living on the left bank of the Nistru.

The total voter turnout at 07:00 p.m. passed 52.30%, which is over 1,606,000 electors. For comparison, in the first round of voting on October 20, the participation rate by the same hour was 48.7%.

According to the information provided by the General Police Inspectorate, the number of electoral violations has increased. As many as 191 violations or incidents were registered by 07:00 p.m.
