Donbaschet USM has won the national basketball championship the fourth consecutive time. The team trained by Ruslan Varzari didn’t encounter problems in the final against UASM, beating it by a general score of 3-0, IPN reports.
In the last match, Donbaschet defeated the team of the State Agrarian University (UASM) 80-65. Nartov and Oprea scored the largest number of points for the winning team, by 19. Eugen Melnic scored 18 times, being chosen the best player of the season.
Roman Rusu of BC Gama-Sind was named the best defender, Vladimir Priscepnyi of BC UASM - the best striker, Vitalie Oprea of BC Donbasket-USM – the best center, while Evghenii Nartov of BC Donbasket-USM – the top scorer.
