President Igor Dodon will meet Tiraspol leader Vadim Krasnoselski on Tuesday, October 29th. The topics to be discussed concern the so-called "Berlin +" package.
Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Vasilii Șova, has told IPN that on the agenda will be the following topics: fixed and mobile telephony connection, free movement of official persons and the issue of criminal cases against some officials. The deputy prime minister does not rule out that other topics, such as the situation in the Security Zone, will be discussed.
According to Vasilii Șova, some of the agreements in "Berlin +" have been fully carried out. This refers to apostilling of diplomas, ensuring the access of farmers to their lands in Dubasari district, ensuring conditions for the functioning of the schools subordinated to the Ministry of Education, establishing neutral registration plates for Transdniestrian vehicles.
Vasilii Șova states that the Moldovan side has been acquainted with the Tiraspol leader’s agenda of the meeting and believes that by his choice of topics Vadim Krasnoselscki has made it clear that other subjects that are in the interest of both parties will be also discussed.
The meeting will take place in a broad format, but also in a bilateral one, at Holercani.
