The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Council of Magistrates stopped the two disciplinary cases started against Natalia Moldovanu, ex-judge of the Supreme Court of Justice. The magistrates said the proceedings instituted by Prosecutor General Valeriu Zubko are unfounded, Info-Prim Neo reports. Natalia Moldovanu stated that the accusations made by the prosecutor general against her are unfounded, offensive and false. “I committed no disciplinary deviation,” she said in the meeting of the Disciplinary Board. On June 14, Parliament accepted the resignation from the post of Supreme Court of Justice judge, tendered by Natalia Moldovanu. She argued that she decided to leave the legal system so as to be closer to her family. She said that her decision has nothing to do with the proceedings started against her.
