After pitching tents in front of the Government Building, the Civic Platform “Dignity and Truth” and all those who support it must move nonstop through there and must assume responsibility for those who want to protest nonstop. It is about the dignity of the protesters, their security and health, considers politology expert Dionis Cenusa, who commented on the decision of some people to protest round-the-clock in the Great National Assembly Square, where the “Town of Dignity and Truth” was set up, on a social networking site. The expert is convinced that without a minimum of actions, this town and the protests mounted there will not last long, IPN reports.

“The Platform must work out a strategy and a plan of action as you cannot leave the people stay out in the street without knowing what you want to achieve. It is not so easy to obtain early elections,” said the expert.

Dionis Cenusa noted that the Platform must create a communication center that would permanently disseminate information about the events related to the protests and that would combat misinformation. “The protesters need volunteers who would support those who protest and it is logical for these to be young. These must not be paid as they would not be volunteers in this case. These can collect assistance for the protesters such as food products. The protesters need also funds so as ensure maximum transparency,” wrote the expert.

Dionis Cenusaid is sure that without such minimal actions, the town of tents and the protests there will not last long. “We should not forget that the protest spirit needs people (including volunteers), achievable objectives, permanent motivation, financial resources, media coverage, etc. Those from the Platform must understand that if they want to open Pandora’s box, they must assume the responsibilities and risks,” stated the expert.

There are several dozen tents in the central square of Chisinau. The protesters demand that the government should resign, that early parliamentary elections should be held and that the head of state be elected by the people.
