The Promo-LEX Association provided new details about the four persons who were kidnaped on the left side of the Nistru River. According to the Association, citizens Andrei Amarfi and Alexandru Puris got home yesterday, at about 8pm. They both said that they weren’t tortured. The mother and wife of Adrian Glijin said they do not know where he is. There is also no information about Stanislav Mînzarari, IPN reports.

“According to Alexandru Puris, who is a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, he was taken from his home in Camenca town by persons in balaclavas at 1am on October 8. He was handcuffed and had a hood put on his head while in underwear and slippers only, being taken by a minibus to Tiraspol, where he was held at a remand prison of the local security bodies,” said Promo-LEX.

Meanwhile, at his domicile in Camenca, which is on the left side of the Nistru, employees of the security bodies carried out searches in the presence of his father, who suffers from heart disease. The searches started at about 3am and lasted for two-three hours. The employees of the security bodies confiscated a computer, a laptop, a cellphone, almost 6,000 lei and 2,000 Transnistrian rubles and other storage devices.

On October 8, Alexandru was questioned and was informed that he is accused of espionage in favor of the Republic of Moldova. Towards evening, he was told that he is banned from leaving the region and was set free.

Of the four kidnapped persons, one works as a police officer in Florești, while another one is an employee of the Public Services Agency. Practically nothing is known about the other two. Tiraspol said these were arrested because they committed a series of offenses on Transnistria’s territory.
