Prime Minister Pavel Filip discussed the Government’s actions and priorities with the Deputy Assistant Secretary in the State Department’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Bridget Brink in a meeting, IPN reports, quoting the executive’s press service.
“I’m confident that we will manage to contribute to restoring the external partnership and to increasing the welfare of the people of our country by concrete actions,” stated Pavel Filip.
For her part, Bridget Brink welcomed the executive’s priorities, saying the Washington will support Moldova in implementing concrete actions and reforms.
Deputy Assistant Secretary Brink is visiting Moldova March 2 to 4 to discuss the status of reforms with representatives of the government, opposition and civil society. This is her third trip to Moldova.
