Democratic Party expands in Straseni

The Straseni district organization of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) expanded after 700 new members joined. Party cards were handed by PDM leader Marian Lupu during a festivity, Info-Prim Neo learned from a PDM press release. Party members from all 27 localities of Straseni district, MPs, the party secretary, leaders of PDM district organizations and other guests attended the event. Pavel Filip, head of PDM Chisinau municipal organization and Minister of Information and Communication Technologies, stressed that the party wanted a growth not in quantity, but in quality. PDM leader Marian Lupu greeted the new members and said that Straseni offered a true example of the party’s growth in quality. Marian Lupu added that the election of the head of the state put an end to times of uncertainty. “Now, we have 3 years to focus our efforts on solving the problems of the country, fulfilling our commitments- to attract investments, to create an attractive environment for business development, creating new jobs, stopping migrations, improving the healthcare and education systems”, said the PDM leaders. At the end of last week, 600 new members joined PDM’s Calarasi district organization. At the festivity organized on that occasion, the deputy leader announced that the party’s goal is to become the biggest and most influential party in the next 3 years.
