Decomposing corpse found in waste hole

The corpse of man, in an advanced putrefaction state, was found by the police in Radeni, Calarasi district. After inspection it was found that the victim is a 42-year-old man, reports Info-Prim Neo. The man went missing in the beginning of June. The police found his corpse buried behind his ex-wife’s house, the house where the man would visit his underage children. The man had been divorced for 7 years; his ex-wife currently works in Cyprus. The man was not on friendly terms with the two minors. His visits would often end in quarrels or even fights. One of them was fatal. The dad tried to hit one of the children with his cane, but the 16-year-old son managed to take it away and use it to hit the man’s legs, making him fall to the ground. The minor then took a rope and strangled his dad. Having noticed that the man didn’t breathe anymore, he dragged the corpse behind the house where a toilet hole had been previously dug, and buried him there. Criminal proceedings were started on this case. If the boy is found guilty of intentional murder, he risks 6 to 10 years in jail.
