The deadline by which work based on patent is possible expires on December 31, 2022, but will be extended until July 1, 2023. The proposal is stipulated in the draft budgetary-fiscal policy for next year, which was proposed by the Ministry of Finance for public consultations, IPN reports.
The entrepreneur’s patent is now used to retail through kiosks, stalls, pavilions and from motor vehicles and to sell locally produced perishable goods on condition the sanitary-epidemiological conditions concerning storage, keeping and selling are met.
The Ministry of Finance said the extension of the deadline for work based on patent is a measure designed to support the taxpayers following the rise in energy prices and to help them to easier pass the 2022-2023 cold season.
The draft is to be debated publicly and will be then endorsed by the Government and Parliament.
