Candidates for the position of member of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for Energy Regulation (NAER) can submit their files until January 17. The applicants must hold the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova and not be members of any political party, IPN reports.
According to the legislation, candidates must have higher education in the technical, economic, financial or legal fields, as well as work or research experience of at least ten years.
Persons who have at least three years of experience in management positions within public institutions, civil society organizations, international organizations or companies in the sectors regulated by the NAER are eligible.
The competition file will contain the candidate's CV, a motivation letter, an affidavit of the lack of a conflict of interest and another statement confirming the candidate's non-affiliation to any party.
The candidates can present the file to the Parliament’s commission on economy, budget and finance or can send it to the email address ceb@parlament.md.
The competition will take place in two stages: the acceptability of files and the interview.
The Board of Directors of the NAER is made up of five directors appointed by Parliament, on the basis of competition. The terms of two directors expire soon.
