DAAC opens new car showroom

A new car showroom of DAAC company – Auto Ford Skoda – is to be inaugurated in Chisinau on May 12 in the evening. In a news conference earlier today, the company's administration announced that the project was implemented at a cost of about €3 million, Info-Prim Neo. DAAC director general Vasilii Chirtoaca said this is one of the many projects that the company intended to implement during the last few years. “Unfortunately, the crisis made us modify our investment plans. By opening the Auto Ford Skoda Center we want to show the society that we believe in the country's future in general and the economy in particular,” he said. The showroom is located on Calea Orheiului St. It provides the whole range of Ford cars made at factories in Germany, Belgium and Spain. A place was already reserved for Skcoda Yieti, besides the older models. DAAC Auto invested about 200 million lei in the business in Moldova. A similar amount is planned to be invested during the next five years.
