CTC offers new career upgrade courses

The program of seminars and trainings offered by the Commerce Chamber's Continuous Training Center (CTC) in the first half of the year contains numerous novelties for veteran companies as well as for beginning enterprises, CTC chief Victoria Cotici has told Info-Prim Neo. She says the topics of the courses were selected as advised by businessmen and include personnel employment, project financing, project management, legal innovations, etc. Among the novel courses are conflict management, intellectual property management, mediation of business disputes, audit and optimization of business processes, and international logistics. Courses for beginners include business development, sales planning, personnel motivation, and promotion techniques. The courses will be taught by international trainers and national trainers who received training abroad. “We established relations with a number of partners, including training specialists from the German organization Senior Experten Service, from the international German Center for Migration, from the Mediterranean Organization for Public Relations MECEPUS, the German organization InWent. So our courses are conducted at an European level”, says Victoria Cotici “It is very important for all businessmen to realize that success in doing business largely depends on the skill of the managers and the training levels of the personnel”, underlined Victoria Cotici. Trainer Tatiana Baranovshi said that in the crisis period the companies which had invested in training upgrades for their personnel were less affected, as those employees were able to find solutions, launch new products, optimize costs to overcome the crisis.
