The Policy Department for Relations with Romanians Abroad has announced the launch of the first creation contest for Romanian young people form outside the borders “Mihai Eminescu”, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Embassy of Romania in Chisinau, the contest is taking place between January 15 and June 15. The participants are invited to submit own creations inspired by Eminescu’s works, according to age categories. The first category includes the first – eighth grades, the second category – the ninth-twelfth grades, while the third category – the students, including the applicants for a master’s degree. The contest has three sections – poetry, essay, and plastic arts.
In the period between January 15 and May 3, the works will be collected at 22 Primaverii Blvd., sector 1, Bucharest, or through the email address concurs@dprp.gov.ro. The winners of the contest will be announced on June 16. There will be published a collection of the best works.
